Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s ‘Racha’ has finally completed its censor. The final version of the film was shown to the board members. With the makers also accepting for the cuts suggested by the board earlier, the film has given an U/A rating. ‘Racha’ is now set to release worldwide in record number of prints on April 5.

According to sources, the film is said to be a complete commercial entertainer with comedy and romance in the first half and complete action in the second half. Two fights in the second half along with climax have come out very well, add the sources. Coming to dances, the actor seems to have given his best in the title song and Dillaku Dillaku.

‘Racha’ starring Ram Charan and Tamannah is directed by Sampath Nandi. Music for the film has been given by Mani Sharma.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has finished dubbing for his upcoming film ‘Daruvu’. The film is currently in post production stage and as the film involves heavy graphic work, the post-production is expected to take a lot of time.

Sources say that Ravi Teja plays the role of an MLA in the film. That’s not all, the film also has a fantasy element attached to it with Yamadharmaraja episodes involved in it. Veteran actor Kaikala Satyanarayana and Tamil actor Prabhu play the roles of senior and junior Yamadharmaraja respectively.

Tapsee, who acted with Ravi Teja in ‘Veera’, will be seen opposite him again in this film. ‘Sowryam’ Siva has directed the film, which is produced by Burugupalli Sivaramakrishna. Music for the film has been composed by Vijay Antony. ‘Daruvu’ is slated to release on May 4.

The release date of Energetic Star Ram’s ‘Endukante Premanta’ has been advanced and it will now release on May 11. Only a few days ago it was announced that the film would release on May 31. The reason for this advancement of date is believed to be the postponement of other big releases to May end.

‘Endukante Premanta’ is directed by A Karunakaran. Tamannah acts as heroine in the film. Music for the film is given by GV Prakash and its set to release on April 21.

Noted writer Kona Venkat, for the first time is acting in a movie. He will be seen playing a negative role in the film. ‘Endukante Premanta’ is produced by Sravanthi Ravikishore and he plans to release the film in Tamil along with its Telugu version. Both the versions will not have a simultaneous release though.

Young Tiger NTR’s upcoming film ‘Baadshah’ in the direction of Srinu Vytla was launched recently with much hype. At the launch of the film, it was disclosed by the producer that the first schedule of the film would begin from April third week onwards in Seoul. But the latest reports suggest a different plan altogether.

According to latest reports it is believed that the shooting location of the film ‘Baadshah’ has been changed from Seoul to Italy. Also the shooting of the film, which was earlier said to begin from the third week of April is now postponed to May. It will be a month long schedule and will begin from first week of May.

Kajal acts as heroine in the film and music for the film is provided by SS Thaman. Bandla Ganesh produces the film.

Director Sekhar Suri has launched a sequel to his popular thriller ‘A film by Aravind’. The sequel has been named as ‘Aravind-2’. Sri, who won acclaims with the recently released ‘Ee Rojullo’, is playing the main lead in the film. Adonica is the heroine in the film.

‘Aravind-2’ is produced by G.Phaneendra. Regular shoot of the film is expected to begin from April 10.

Director Sekhar Suri is making film after a long gap of almost four years. His last film ‘Three’ was a major failure at the box office. Even his debut movie ‘Adrustham’ was a big failure at the box office. Let’s hope the director is back on the success track with this film.

Director Ravi Babu has silently finished a new film. It has been titled as ‘Avuna’ and as the name suggests the film might be a suspense thriller, although it’s not confirmed officially. Harshavardhan Rane is acting as the male lead in the film and Poorna acts as the heroine.

Other cast and crew details are not known yet except for the music director of the film - Sekhar Chandra. Ravi Babu’s last film ‘Nuvvila’ was a decent hit at the box office.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has begun the shoot of his upcoming film ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’. Ravi Teja is in Bangkok currently shooting for a song in the film. Music for the film has been composed by Raghu Kunche.

‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’ is directed by dashing director Puri Jagannath. He last directed Ravi Teja in the critically acclaimed and award winning film ‘Neninthe’. Although their last film was flop the combination is still one of the most successful actor-director combinations as they have given many big hits prior to ‘Neninthe’.

According to sources, Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s ‘Racha’ has been censored over the weekend. However, the censor was done without the inclusion of the final song. Even the copy sent was not final either. Hence the censor board in spite of watching the film has not given any rating to it, although an ‘A’ rating has been speculated looking at the violence in the film. However if the film’s unit agrees to the cuts the board has suggested, the film may get U/A certificate, says an insider.

‘Racha’ is Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s first film in year and half. His last film ‘Orange’ was a major disappointment at the box office. With ‘Racha’, Mega Power Star is once again back to his massy elements and hence the fans too are eagerly waiting for the release of the film.

Shooting of Young Tiger NTR’s ‘Dammu’ was wrapped up today. The final song, an item number with four heroines, finished its shooting today after slight delay due to the replacement of one of the heroines. Tashu Kaushik and Racha Maourya were earlier supposed to be part of this special number but in the final moment Tashu Kaushik was replaced with Mariam Zakaria.

A small patch work is pending for the film, which will be finished tomorrow in Ramoji Film City.

‘Dammu’ directed by Boyapati Sreenu has Trisha and Karthika as heroines opposite NTR. MM Keeravani has scored the music of ‘Dammu’ which is penciled to release worldwide in record number of theaters on April 27.

All the speculations regarding the release date of the upcoming film of Nandamuri Balakrishna ‘Adhinayakudu’ are over. The producer of the film has confirmed that the film will have a grand release on April 12 all over.

Recently Nandamuri Balakrishna completed the dubbing of the film and left to abroad to shoot for his next film ‘Srimannarayana’.

‘Adhinayakudu’ has been taken up RR Movie Makers for distribution for entire Andhra Pradesh except Nellore. They are planning to have a massive release for the film.

‘Adhinayakudu’ is directed by Paruchuri Murali of ‘Pedababu’ and ‘Andhrudu’ fame. Lakshmi Rai and Saloni are the heroines in the film. ML Kumar Chowdary is the producer of the film.
