Movie Moghul Dr D Ramanaidu, who shares a good relationship with Mega Star Chiranjeevi and his family, is keen to produce a movie with the actor. Recently, the veteran producer has announced that Chiru has given him a nod to produce a movie under his banner Suresh Productions sometime in near future, which will be his prestigious 150^th film.

Presently, the search is on for the right script that suits the image of Chiranjeevi. Ramanaidu also said that the collections garnered from this movie will be donated to charity purpose and social activities.

Few years ago, Ramanaidu had produced a movie named ‘Sangharshana’ with Chiranjeevi. The film went on to become one of the highest grosser of that year. Incidentally, directors like Ram Gopal Varma and Puri Jagannadh have expressed their willingness to direct Mega Star in his career’s milestone 150^th film. But, nothing has been finalised yet. Buzz is that Chiranjeevi is unlikely to act in his 150^th film in this year as the current political scenarios are turning ugly with different issues.

Tollywood heartthrob Naga Chaitanya, who is testing his luck with his forthcoming film ’Bezawada’, seems to be a happy man these days. The reason behind this is this movie has made decent business and fetched table profit to its producers. As per reports, the entire Karnataka rights of the film are acquired by Bangalore based Venkatadri Films for Rs 80 lakh.

This has set a new record among Naga Chaitanya films in the territory. The film is hitting the screens on November 23 worldwide. In Hyderabad alone the movie is releasing in over 40 theaters. Naga Chaitanya’s last release ‘Dhada’ became one of the biggest disasters at the box office.

Right now, Chaitu is currently busy shooting for his new film ‘Auto Nagar Surya’ under the direction of ‘Prasthanam’ fame Dev Katta.

Couple of days ago, several sections of media has reported that Rajamouli is planning to direct a big budget 3D film with Jr NTR. The maverick director, who made Jr NTR a big star with films like ‘Student No 1’, ‘Simhadri’ and ‘Yamadonga’, has dismissed the rumors of making a 3D film with the actor. Though the actor is eagerly waiting to do a film with the director, now it looks like it is highly impossible for Rajamouli to adjust his call sheets.

We came to know that Rajamouli’s calendar is busy till December, 2012.  However, there are chances that he may direct Jr NTR if the actor wishes so. The fans of NTR are going wild to see a film of their favorite actor under the direction of Rajamouli, who is very capable of elevating the actor’s image to skies.

Currently, Rajamouli is busy directing his experimental animation film ‘Eega’. The film is a bi-lingual in Telugu and Tamil languages.

The regular shooting of Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s new film under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas has begun from yesterday in Hyderabad. The unit is canning important scenes of the film on heroine Ileana and comedian Brahmanandam at one of the private hospitals in KPHB colony. The shooting of the film came to halt when a group of Telangana activists came to the spot and shouted Jai Telangana slogans. Not only that, they had rounded Brahmanandam and compelled him to say Jai Telangana slogans.

The situation turned ugly when police entered the scene and took agitators in to their custody. However, Allu Arjun was not present at the location and reportedly made a call and pacified the unit members. The shooting of the film resumed after some time under tight security and continued till the end of the day.

This is the second incident in less than 10 days. Recently, the Telangana agitators had disrupted the shooting of Allari Naresh and Shriya starrer untitled film and attacked the vehicles, unit members. Meanwhile, the producer’s council is demanding government to take stringent action on these agitators.

Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s new film under the direction of writer turned director Koratala Siva is titled ‘Vaaradhi’. Anushka and Richa are playing female leads of the film. The film is being produced by Uppalapati Pramod and Vamsi Krishna Reddy under UV Creations banner. Our sources indicate that the makers of the film have already registered the titled in the film chamber.

The shooting of the film is currently going on in and around Hyderabad. ‘Vaaradhi’ is a blend of love, action, sentiment and entertainment. The film is expected to release for summer, 2012. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor of the film.

Meanwhile, Prabhas’s forthcoming film ‘Rebel’ directed by Raghava Lawrence is slated for release in February. That means Prabhas is going to have two releases in the first half of next year. His last film ‘Mr Perfect’ was a super hit at box-office. Watch this space for more updates.

Director Shankar’s first ever remake film ‘Nanban’ is going to be dubbed in Telugu as ‘3 Rascals’. The movie is the official remake of Bollywood’s highest grosser ‘3 Idiots’, which features Aamir Khan, Madhavan and Sharman Joshi in lead roles. The film has completed its talkie part and is presently in mixing stages. Vijay, Sriram and Jiiva are playing lead roles in the movie. Ileana is the heroine.

Music of the film is provided by Harris Jayaraj. The makers are planning to release the audio of the film in the first week of December. The album has six songs in it. The film is going to hit the screens on January 15 in both Tamil and Telugu languages simultaneously.

Veteran actor Sathyaraj, Sathyan Sivakumar and director SJ Surya are playing important roles in the film. Raghava Lawrence is the choreographer of the film.

King Nagarjuna’s dream production ‘Rajanna’ has completed its shooting formalities and currently in post-production stages. The film is directed by Vijayendra Prasad under Annapurna Studios banner. The latest news is that Nagarjuna is paying the role of a tribal chief in the movie. He is set to fight with Razakar’s and upper caste people by forming a group with lower class. The film is the life story of Suddala Hanumanthu, who fought fiercely in Telangana movement.

Our sources claim that the role essayed by Nagarjuna came out really well and is going to enthrall the audience with powerful action and sentiment. Sneha plays the wife of Nagarjuna in the movie. MM Keeravani scored music for the film. The audio of the film will hit the stands on November 27 through Vel Music. The film is expected to release on either December 21 or 23. ‘Rajanna’ is distributed by RR Movie Makers throughout Andhra Pradesh.

The unit of Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s next release ‘Rachaa’ has landed in China to shot a song and a crucial action episode of the film. The shooting of the song will commence from today onwards in the beautiful locales of China under the supervision of choreographer Raju Sundaram. Chandra Bose has penned the lyrics of the song.

Recently, the unit has shot the remix of 'Vana Vana Velluvaye' on Ram Charan and heroine Tamannah at Annapurna 7 acres in Hyderabad. The song came out very well and the director of the film Sampath Nandi has received compliments from none other than Mega Star Chiranjeevi. The actor turned politician visited the sets last week and gave some valuable feedback to the unit members including his son Ram Charan.

The movie is slated for release on February 20. Mani Sharma is providing the music for this mass entertainer.

Victory Venkatesh and Super Star Mahesh Babu’s starrer ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ regular shooting will commence from December 5 onwards. The first schedule of the film will be shot on Venkatesh and other cast of the film for few days in Hyderabad. The film was formally launched on October 6, on the occasion of Dussera.

Mahesh Babu, who is currently very busy with ‘Business Man’, will join the sets from January 25 onwards. Samantha is romancing Mahesh Babu for the second time in the film. On the other side, Bhumika Chawla has replaced Trisha as female lead opposite Venkatesh. The movie will hit the screens for summer, 2012.

Dil Raju is producing the film and Srikanth Addala is the director. Recently, the makers have roped in Mickey J Meyer as the music director of the film.

Super Star Mahesh Babu, who is riding high on the success of ‘Dookudu’, is busy with his new film ‘Business Man’. The film is being directed by Puri Jagannadh, who is working for the second time with Mahesh after 2006 blockbuster ‘Pokiri’. The film has completed 80% of its talkie part in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Goa. The makers are planning to release the audio of the film on December 11 in grand manner. Thaman has scored music for the film.

As per reports, the shooting of the film will be wrapped by December 8. The first teaser of the film released a couple of days ago is getting tremendous response from public. The movie is touted to be an action thriller and Mahesh costumes in this movie are trendy. The film is going to complete in less than 75 days said Puri Jagannadh. The movie will be released on January 11.
