Paruchuri Prasad, who made super hit ‘Simha’, is set to produce a movie with Victory Venkatesh in the lead role. The film will be directed by Meher Ramesh under United Movies banner. The film is a high voltage action entertainer that offers lot of entertainment. Kona Venkat and Gopimohan of ‘Dookudu’ fame are providing the script for this film. The movie's shooting will start from January next year.

Well, the wait is over! The most anticipated Power Star Pawan Kalyan movie is on the cards. The star director Puri Jagannadh, who was once introduced by Pawan Kalyan to the industry with ‘Badri’, is going to direct Power Star shortly. The film will go on the floors once Puri Jagannadh finishes his pending projects in the form of ‘Business Man’ (Telugu and Hindi versions). This film is touted to be a political drama which depicts the current trend in politics.

Pawan, being known for versatile roles has loved his character in the film and gave a go-ahead nod to the director immediately. Kona Venkat, who proved his mettle with Salman Khan’s ‘Ready’ and Mahesh Babu’s ‘Dookudu’, recently has penned the story for this film. Bandla Ganesh Babu is going to produce this film on Parameswara Arts banner. Right now, his new film Gabbar Singh is in production. Incidentally, Pawan Kalyan is the hero of that film as well. This will be Ganesh’s third film in a row with Power Star. The film will have lot of powerful dialogues and satires on the present political scenario.

The audio of Balakrishna’s most sought action entertainer ‘Adhinayakudu’ will be launched on December 25. According to our sources, the audio scored by Kalyani Malik is fantastic and will become one of the best albums in Balakrishna’s career. The re-recording works of the film will commence in a short while. Balayya has essayed three powerful roles in this film for the first time in his career. The film is being directed by Paruchuri Murali and produced by ML Kumar Chowdary.

King Nagarjuna’s next project will be directed by Dasarath. The director, who tasted super hit in the form of ‘Mr Perfect’, has narrated a fantastic story line to Nagarjuna recently. The actor immediately gave his green signal for the story and confirmed the film. The latest update is that the film will start rolling from April, 2012. Dasarath made his debut with ‘Santosham’, which features Nagarjuna in the lead role. D Shiva Prasad Reddy of Kamakshi Movies will produce this film under his banner.

The makers earlier planned to release the film on December 2, but following some pending works the film’s release was pushed to December 16.

Sharwanand, Jai, Anjali and Ananya are the lead actors of this film. The film revolves around two love stories, one takes place in Chennai and the other proceeds in Tiruchi. Anjali has lent her voice for both the Tamil and Telugu versions. The film was made on a budget of Rs 5 crore and went on to collect nearly Rs 20 crore in its original version. The music of the film is scored by Sathya and directed by M Saravanan.

Buoyed by the movie’s success Aamir Khan is showing interest to remake the film in Hindi with Imran Khan in one of the lead roles. The Karnataka rights of the film are grabbed by producer K Manju.

‘Bachelors’ fame Zakir’s directorial debut ‘Bachelors2’ is set to hit the screens on December 24 on the occasion of Christmas. Earlier, the makers had planned to release the film on November 18. But, due to some unknown reasons the release was postponed to December 24. The talkie part and mixing of the film were completed a couple of days ago. Major part of the film was shot in and aroundHyderabad.

The film is a free-make of Hollywood thriller ‘Road Trip’. The director has made some changes to the story to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audience. Zakir,Trupti Sharma, Sumith Roy, AVS, Tanikella Bharani, ‘Chitram’ Srinu, Duvvasi Mohan are playing crucial roles in this youthful entertainer.

Super Star Mahesh Babu’s next release ‘Business Man’ has wrapped up the Bangkok schedule and the unit is flying back to Hyderabad tonight. The director, Puri Jagannath, has shot a couple of songs over there. The next schedule of the film will commence from December 2 at Ramoji Film City. The film is slated to release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages on January 11. Mahesh, who was born and brought up in Chennai, is very fluent in Tamil. Tollywood’s top production house Suresh Productions has bagged the theatrical rights of Chiyyan Vikram starrer ‘Veedinthe’ for an undisclosed amount for entire Andhra Pradesh. The distribution giant had a stiff competition from Bellamkonda Suresh but finally managed to bag the rights using their earlier affiliations with the producer Prasad V Potluri. The film is the dubbed version of Tamil film ‘Rajapattai’, which means King’s Path. Vikram has essayed many avatars in this film.

The film is slated for release on either December 16 or 23 in both Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. The makers are yet to confirm the release date of the film. Gemini Film Circuits has bagged the theatrical rights of this film for entire Tamil Nadu. Suseenthiran is the director and Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director. Deeksha Seth is romancing Vikram in this film. Kalatapaswi K Viswanath, Pradeep Rawat, etc are playing important roles in this action-masala entertainer.
