Victory Venkatesh is coming up yet again with a breezy romantic entertainer in the form of ‘Ganga-The Bodyguard’. This film is the official remake of Malayalam super hit ‘Bodyguard’ starring Dileep. Trisha has been paired opposite Venkatesh for the third time in this film. As per reports, the makers of the film are planning to release the film on November 24. This film recently completed a schedule in Canada where two songs were canned on the lead pair.

The makers are planning to release the audio in the first week of November. SS Thaman has scored the music for this film. Gopichand Malineni who earlier directed ‘Don Seenu’ is the director of this film. This film is set to clash with Nara Rohit’s ‘Solo’, which is also slated for release on November 24.

The satellite rights of Gopichand starrer ‘Mogudu’ have been bagged by Zee Telugu for Rs 3.50 crore. This has created a new record among Gopichand films. The audio of the film released recently, was received well by the audience. For the first time, Gopichand is romancing Tapsee and Shraddha Das in this film.

Creative director Krishna Vamsi, who delivered super family entertainers like ‘Ninne Pelladutha’, ‘Murari’, ‘Chandamama’, is the director of this film. Dr Rajendra Prasad is playing an important role in this film. The film which is releasing in highest number of screens for the first time in Gopichand’s career.

Bollywood actress cum model Shweta Bharadwaj, who made her debut with ‘Mission Istanbul’, is going to scorch the screen as item girl in Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film ‘The Business Man’.  This tall beauty is looking for a major break in the film industry.

Currently, the film is commencing its shoot at brisk pace in Goa where the director is canning climax episodes on the lead actors. The shoot for this item song will begin after the completion of climax scenes. It is learnt that director Puri Jagannadh is putting all his efforts to make this item song an instant hit like ‘Ippatikinka Naa Vayasu’ from Pokiri.

B Chinni Krishna, who shot to fame with 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam', is going to direct Sunil in his next film. Chinni Krishna played the role of a butler English speaking warden in that film. This role earned him good marks as an actor. He turned director with Nikhil's 'Veedu Theda'. This will be his second film as director. A big producer is set to produce this film.

On a side note, Sunil is only signing the films which offer him lead roles. He has almost stopped acting as comedian in recent times. Sunil’s most recent super hit is ‘Maryada Ramanna’, directed by Rajamouli. The actor is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Poolarangadu', which is slated for Pongal release.

Karthika, who impressed everyone with her performance in ‘Rangam’, is all set to act as second fiddle in Young Tiger NTR’s new film ‘Dammu’. Karthika is the elder daughter of yesteryear’s heroine Radha. It is heard that the makers offered her a meaty role in this movie.

The film’s shooting will commence from the last week of October. As per reports, the scenes featuring Jr NTR will be filmed first. Kajal Aggarwal has replaced Shruti Haasan as the main lead. The makers are still working on the film’s new schedule.

The movie is gearing up for release on October 26. Shruti Haasan plays the female lead in this film. It is learnt that Surya played the roles of a circus artist and a Buddhist monk Bodhidharma in this science fiction. Surya sported six pack abs for a fight sequence in this film.

Super Star Mahesh Babu, who is on high with the super success of 'Dookudu', is currently busy with his next film 'The Business Man'. The news is that Mahesh may team up with ace director Sukumar for a new film, once he completes all the pending projects. The buzz is that Mahesh will be seen in a lecturer role in this film. The film will go on to the sets in January subject to the availability of actor.

Versatile director Ravi Babu is coming out with a new film titled ‘Nuvvila’. The film offers romance, comedy and family drama. The movie’s promotion is catching the attention of the audience. The first look posters which were released recently featured cute babies and this look was appreciated by all. Ravi Babu creatively used Vodafone zoozoo look alikes in the trailers.

Media baron Ramoji Rao is producing the film under Usha Kiron Movies banner. Earlier, Ravi Babu directed ‘Nachavule’ under the same banner. The film completed the post production works and is slated for October 28^th release. Surprisingly, this is the only non-dubbed Telugu film that is releasing this Diwali week.

‘Vennela’ Kishore’s directorial venture ‘Vennela 1½’ is in the final leg of its shooting. The makers of the film are planning to release the film in the second half of November. Chaitanya Krishna and Monal Gajjar are playing lead roles in this film. The director of the film said that, he was extremely satisfied with the final output and requested the audience to shower their blessings on him.

Most part of the film was shot in and around Bangkok. Recently, the team has returned from Bangkok after a hectic schedule. The post production works of the film will begin in a short while. ‘Vennela 1½’ is a romantic comedy entertainer like its previous version. The teaser of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s latest film ‘Panjaa’ is all set to release this Diwali, which happens to be on October 26. The producers are also planning to release the merchandise of the film like T-Shirts, Caps, Belts, Tattoos, etc stuff on the same day. However, the theatrical trailer of the film will be unveiled on the audio release function.

It is learnt that, Power Star is acting as ‘Jackson Robert’ in this film. The producers are coming up with huge publicity campaign to grab the attention of audience.
