Just few days after the news broke out that Shah Rukh will be doing Farah Khan’s next movie, the leading lady of the movie has been finalized.

Director Farah Khan, who is working with Shah Rukh Khan after ‘Om Shanti Om’, is very keen on casting his ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ co-star Anushka Sharma opposite him in the movie.

“Farah obviously wants someone big in the film; someone who is hot and happening. Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were the obvious choices but Anushka has won the race,” said a source to Mid-day.

The choreographer turned director is not just impressed with Anushka Sharma’s acting abilities but also her dancing skills.

“Farah too is quite fond of Anushka. She was quite impressed by her dancing abilities in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi,” the source said.

If Anushka Sharma does sign this movie, then it will the third time that the actress is paired opposite Shah Rukh Khan.

Anushka Sharma and Shah Rukh Khan are currently shooting their second untitled movie together which is being directed by Yash Chopra and also stars Katrina Kaif.

Farhan Khan’s husband Shirish Kunder though has denied the news.
