Young Tiger NTR is proving why he is called 'box office gold' by many. His upcoming summer release ‘Dammu’ is setting pre release records everywhere and this in spite of the actors past few films having poor performance at the box office.

Recently the films satellite rights were grabbed by Zee Telugu channel for whopping 6.6 Cr. This is the highest price paid for the satellite rights of a Jr NTR film, although not a record overall. After accumulating all such pre release selling prices, the film is said to have crossed the magical Rs 40 Cr.

‘Dammu’ is directed by Boyapati Srinu and expectations on the film have reached sky high even before the actual beginning of the promotion of the film. We wonder what would happen when the promotional exercises begins later this month, starting from the audio release of the film on March 23.
