Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film ‘Gabbar Singh’ is taking more time than expected. Hence, the makers of the film have decided to push the release date of the film to May instead of earlier announced date Arpil 27. According to sources, 'Gabbar Singh' is expected to release on May 9. 

The official teaser of the film is slated for release on March 23 amidst huge expectations. That's not all, the makers are also planning to screen the theatrical trailer of the film during the interval of Nitin starrer ‘Ishq’.  For sure, the fans of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan will have a festive mood after watching the teaser of the film, says close aides of the unit. 

Produced by Bandla Ganesh Babu, ‘Gabbar Singh’ also stars Shruthi Haasan as heroine opposite Pawan Kalyan. Music for the film has been provided by Devi Sri Prasad. Harish Shankar directs the film.
