
After successfully wrapping up the shooting of his next release ‘Rajanna’, King Nagarjuna is working busily for his new film ‘Damarukam’. Recently, the unit returned to India after filming a song on Nagarjuna and Anushka in Bangkok. The film is a socio-fantasy, which is laced with sentiment, action and entertainment. Currently, the shooting of the film is progressing at rapid pace in and around Hyderabad. Nagarjuna is playing the role of an auto driver in the first half of this film. Anushka is essaying the role of an angel, who is born with magical powers. Versatile actor Prakash Raj plays the role of Sivudu in the movie.
The latest buzz is that Nagarjuna is donning the role of a powerful Aghora in this movie which comes later in the second half of it. The movie has special effects for 50 minutes and the makers have roped in Hollywood technicians to bring a better quality output. The movie is made with a whopping budget among Nagarjuna’s films. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.
The film is being produced by Dr Venkat under RR Movie Makers. Srinivasa Reddy is the director. The movie is slated for summer, 2012 release.
