According to our sources, Ravi Teja’s upcoming film ‘Nippu’ is the remake of ‘Chak De India’.

Ravi Teja is playing the role of a sports coach. Deeksha Seth is the heroine of the film. The story of the film revolves around a girl who will become a sports champion under the guidance of Ravi Teja.

The shooting of the film will commence from December 11 onwards at exotic locales of Turkey, where the unit is planning to film a couple of songs on the lead pair. The movie might be postponed to January 25, as the makers feel that the movie will take lot more time than expected.

It is heard that in ‘Nippu’, Ravi Teja has done a serious role without his trademark comedy and punches. Right now, the movie is carrying negative report and many feel that the title of the film itself is a bad idea.

As the film is under shooting it’s too early for us to jump into any conclusions. Let’s wait till the release day to see what's in store.
