Super Star Rajinikanth, who is currently recuperating from surgery, is all set to face the camera again. The shooting of his upcoming movie 'Rana', which was halted due to Rajinikanth's health, will commence shooting from December 12th.

Deepika Padukone is paired opposite Rajini in this semi-periodic film. Rajini is taking utmost care for this film and is actively taking part in the script work. If rumors are to be believed this would be Rajini’s last film, as hero as the actor’s health is not permitting him to do action sequences.

Rajini recently acted in a guest role in Shahrukh Khan’s Ra.One.
