Creative genius Krishna Vamsi, who dished out family entertainers like 'Ninne Pelladutha', 'Murari', 'Chandamama', etc, is directing a film titled 'Mogudu' starring action hero Gopichand. The film has Tapsee and Shraddha Das as female leads. Debutant Babu Shankar is scoring the music. Nallamalupu Bujji is producing the film on his banner Lakshmi Narasimha Prodcutions.

The shooting of the film is nearing its completion and the makers are planning to release the film on October 21 as Diwali gift. That means Gopichand is competing with Surya’s 'Seventh Sense' and Victory Venkatesh’s 'Ganga –The Bodyguard'.

The makers are confident over the film’s success and told that 'Mogudu' will become Diwali winner. Gopichand and Krishna Vamsi careers depend upon the fate of 'Mogudu' as their last releases failed miserably at box-office.
