It is known that big films like 'Rajanna', 'Bodyguard' and 'Sri Rama Rajyam' have opted out of Dasara race due to several reasons. But, this comes as a blessing in disguise for small films producers as they will get good theaters to release their movies. With the same strategy the makers of 'Pilla Zamindar' featuring Nani have decide to release their film as Dasara gift.

'Pilla Zamindar' is the story of a Zamindar’s son who had to lead a normal life due to several unexpected incidents. Bindu Madhavi and Hari Priya are the heroines of the film.

The movie is being directed by Ashok and produced by Master SS Bujji Babu under Sri Sailendra Cinemas banner. Music of the film is given by Selva Ganesh.

Director Ashok is very confident on the film and said that this film will become another hit in Nani’s career.
